1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit. Max Hotel Prayagraj reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund where applicable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Please inform the front desk in advance for special requests.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type or season. Refunds will be processed as per booking terms shared during reservation through our official channels.

4. Hotel Policies

• Guests must present valid government ID (Aadhar/Passport) at check-in.
• Use of hotel facilities must comply with property rules.
• Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.
